To help Rotary clubs reducing the labor involved in recording attendance at meetings, the following Attendance software is made available free of charge to all Rotary Clubs. Download the User manual to see if your club would like to use this free software. To use this software, download the installation program at the link below. You will need to decompress the downloaded compressed file and install the software on a computer by executing (double click) the setup.exe program. This program is written by yours truly DICO for the Rotary Club of Coral Gables where it has been used on a weekly basis since 2005. You do not need to use a bar code scanner, but using one will simplify your life considerably. If you have any questions, please email dico@rotary6990.org
